The Production Lead 4th Shift will be required to lead and direct production employees, as well as, work closely with plant supervisors, team leaders, and management to achieve departmental and plant goals to meet business objectives and goals. In addition, the Production Lead will be responsible for ensuring production associates within specific areas of the plant are operating safely, efficiently, and are continuously improving. Must have basic knowledge in manufacturing systems and processes, strongly prefer at least 2 years Must have knowledge of silicone processing (molding, extrusion, and post-cure) Must demonstrate general problem-solving skills to resolve quality and processing issues Must possess basic Math and computer skills, working with Microsoft products (such as Excel, Power Point, Word) High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred A little more about us Saint-Gobain\'s innovations touch almost every major industry around the world.
