Moraine State Park Complex is seeking a dedicated individual who can handle a flexible work schedule, interact with people, and contribute to the enjoyment of visitors. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring public safety and promoting the safe use of facilities at Moraine State Park Complex. Your responsibilities will include providing public safety work, assisting with clerical functions at the Park's marinas, and serving as the primary contact at various locations within the park. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • This is a seasonal, full time position with no benefits.
  • Work hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
  • Scheduled days can vary to meet park needs. Seasonal position at a 7 day per week operational facility.
  • Weekend and holiday work required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

Special Requirement:

  • This position requires possession of an active motor vehicle license.
  • All employees must obtain valid certification in standard first aid and adult, child, and infant CPR approved by the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or equivalent within 60 days of employment.

Other Requirements:

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

  • You must pass a background investigation.
  • This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.

                       Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
