Robert Half has partnered with an established small business to locate an Administrative Assistant for a full time position with benefits. This person will assist with some accounting duties including AP/AR and Payroll.

The ideal Admin Assistant will have the following skills and experience:

• Microsoft Excel and typing skills

• Customer Service skills

• Phone Etiquette

• 1+ year experience in general office or accounting work

• QuickBooks experience a plus

• Accounts Payable or Receivable

• Payroll a plus
