Robert Half is anticipating the need for an HR Coordinator to support the HR functions of a respected organization in Portland. This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and prior experience in HR. Apply online today!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Prepare and update employee records and HR documents.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

• Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.

• Participate in HR projects and support HR initiatives.

  Requirements

• Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.

• Familiarity with HR software (HRIS or HRMS).

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
