Description

Sue Sumrell is recruiting for an SEC Reporting Manager for a highly profitable publicly traded manufacturing company.

Primary responsibilities:

-Managing SEC reporting, financial reporting and footnote preparation, MD& A, disclosures and reviews.

-Manage other disclosures and releases

-Manage revenue recognition process

-Application of technical pronouncements

-Partner in maintaining SOX compliance

Requirements

• Requires:

-Degree in Accounting or Finance

-At least 4 years' experience in a large public accounting firm working with public registrant clients or public corporation SEC reporting

-Strong technical accounting skills applying GAAP and standards

-CPA required - will consider someone who is passing exams and close to certification
