Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Building Automation Account Executive (Sales Engineer) to expand our client base and drive new business. The role involves maximizing market presence through consultative sales techniques, measured via our CRM platform. They will consider both total energy costs and operational expenses for clients. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate effectively with key vendors and partners to evaluate existing building control systems and implement upgrades. Their expertise extends to project development, estimation, and familiarity with engineering, programming, electrical installation processes, graphical database creation, and functional testing and commissioning.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in business is preferred but not mandatory

-5 years of direct experience in Building Automation

-Strong customer service and client relationship skills

• Knowledge of DDC Control theory and applications

• In- depth knowledge of building systems including DDC control systems (BACnet

preferred)

• Experience with large high-rise buildings (1 million SF and larger)

• HVAC and/or Mechanical system experience null
