Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team! Do you like working in a dynamic and stimulating environment with new challenges to solve every day? What do you do in a day?

• This position performs general brokerage tasks for exporting international packages.

• Ensures exports comply with local customs regulations.

• Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role What do we offer?

What do we expect from you?

• Brokerage Certification - preferred

• Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred

• 12th year course - preferred

• Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) – preferred

• Fluent in Portuguese

• Knowledge of Spanish

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Results orientation

• Team spirit

• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 15h00 - 23h00
