Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist in Post Falls, Idaho

Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Post Falls, Idaho. The role involves managing the financial transactions of the company, including processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in the company's accounting system

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as needed

• Review and verify financial documents and records for accuracy

• Generate invoices and follow up on overdue accounts

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation

• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve financial issues and answer inquiries

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume Accounts Payable

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of financial data
