Aerotek Entry Level Mechanical Assembler in Post Falls, Idaho

Aerotek is Hiring for an entry level mechanical assembler position in Post Falls, ID

$20-25/HR.

Aerotek is looking for a service technician to build, assemble, and outfit custom trucks. Candidates must be proficient in vehicle wiring, hydraulics, blueprint reading, and diagnostics of service vehicles

Description:

  • Assist in the production, assembly of custom mechanics trucks, dump trucks, service bodies, and dump bodies for the mining field

  • This person needs to have outstanding good mechanical skills.

  • The role involves assembling and installing components and subassemblies onto equipment being manufactured using a variety of methods and techniques such as drilling, tapping, punching, machining, wiring, and testing of the equipment according to design specifications.

  • The position is solely responsible for testing and ensuring quality installation of hydraulics box and coordinating the system for a working unit.

Needed Skills:

  • Working with heavy equipment

  • Reading blueprints

  • Strong assembly experience

  • Hand and power tools

  • Mechanically inclined

Work environment:

The role is based in a large production environment of heavy equipment with two available shifts: Weekend- Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm and Weekday- Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm.
