Your Role:
- Warmly greet customers in the service lane.
- Understand and document customer concerns effectively.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates.
- Upsell additional maintenance services with integrity.
- Keep customers well-informed throughout the repair process.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and handle repair orders meticulously.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Someone with a detail-oriented and professional demeanor.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A team player, focused on a long-term career in automotive service.
- Holder of a valid PA driver's license.
