The Role:
We're on the hunt for a Marketing Director who's not just looking for a job but a career where they can truly make a difference. As the spokesperson for our dealership, you'll wield a sizable monthly advertising budget to shape our corporate marketing strategy, boost sales, enhance our service offerings and attract new talent. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, working Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM, with evenings and Saturdays as needed for events.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead our website management, ensuring a seamless and engaging online presence.
- Amplify our voice across social media platforms, driving daily interaction and increasing our community footprint.
- Enhance our Google review activity and initiate engaging blog/vlog content.
- Lead community awareness initiatives and in-house customer appreciation events in Schuylkill County.
- Collaborate with department managers to create effective "Spiff" programs and develop referral programs that reward our loyal customers.
- Design and implement comprehensive print marketing campaigns, including mailers, coupons, and daily specials, tailored to sales, service, and collision marketing.
