Amazon Central Ops Associate, Workforce Solutions - Candidate Services in Prague, Czech Republic
Description
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations, and a team player with a solid work ethic. You must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision. You will be expected to have great organizational skills and attention to detail, be able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. You must be flexible, able to change direction quickly - comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity. The Best candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate. Previous recruiting or HR experience or equivalent is highly desired.
As a Central Operations Associate you will play a critical role within Workforce Solutions Centralized Operations (WS CO) to help candidates move through the hiring process. The ideal person will be an organized, possess great communication skills and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality
• Ensure productivity is maximized through training activities, upskilling sessions and active participation in workshops
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard
• Ensure that you remain customer obsessed
• Identify and help implement process-related improvement
Basic Qualifications
• 6+ months of human resources experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High school or equivalent
• Experience in confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of human resources experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
