The Flow Cytometry Applications Specialist for Beckman Coulter Life Science is

you will be responsible for the applications support of our Flow Cytometry business, including Flow Cytometry research and routine clinical analysers, Flow Cytometry software packages, as well our total reagent portfolio for Flow Cytometry.

You will have responsibility for a CZK region covering the whole country and will be held accountable for a sales target for Life Science Flow Cytometry hardware and consumables. There will also be opportunities for international travel to support our Northern and Eastern Applications Team as well as attending Beckman Coulter organised events this role is a fully remote role.

You will be a part of the applications team and report to the Norther & Eastern European Applications Manager responsible for N&E Europe . If you thrive in a fast moving, customer focused environment role read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Delivering post-sales instrument training and ongoing application support.

• Providing high quality pre-sales support, including instrument and software demonstrations and customer presentations.

• Providing training for Beckman Coulter Sales and Application Specialists.

• Contributing to the overall revenue targets for your area.

• Working effectively with the N&E applications team.

• Communicating effectively and managing relationships with all stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, across your region.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Educated to a minimum of BSc standard, or equivalent, in a biological or related subject.

• Significant experience working within a Flow Cytometry environment.

• Knowledge in clinical Haematology and Immunology is desirable.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Previous experience of training within a diagnostic or life science company would be desirable.

• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office programmes.
