What You Will Do

The Pharma Sales Representative CZ is responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, expanding the business' market share, developing sales of new products, preparing sales reports, and providing input to sales forecast. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending new products, and relaying relevant market information to management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.

  • Identify and target potential customers, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals, to increase sales and market share.

  • Provide product information and education to healthcare professionals to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the benefits and risks of the pharmaceutical products.

  • Attend conferences and other industry events to stay up-to-date on new products, trends, and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and development.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve objectives and expand market share in the assigned territory

  • Conduct pre-planned sales presentations and schedule appointments with new and existing customers to promote products and services

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to address them

  • Prepare and deliver customer-focused presentations and proposals to expand customer base

  • Monitor market conditions and provide relevant information to management to inform business and product planning

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales objectives and address customer issues

  • Prepare regular sales reports and documents to track progress and identify areas for improvement

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues

  • Identify new opportunities and develop solutions to manage competitor activity

  • Provide input to sales forecast and adjust focus as needed to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven track record of achieving project and sales goals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

  • Proficiency in computer applications

  • Valid driver's license and good driving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.

  • 2-4 years of sales experience with a focus on modern and general trade
