Procurement Sr. Specialist - e-Sourcing

This role will be part of the Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) in the procurement pillar. What You Will Do

The Procurement Sr. Specialist - e-Sourcing is responsible for providing business services to our internal clients and grow enterprise e-sourcing tendering activities and to play the role of a subject matter expert for the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and run the e-sourcing events within procurement sourcing tools

• Understand and interpret specific category needs to establish optimal structure(s) for Sourcing event(s) (incl. coaching on data template(s), consolidation of data, relevant event phases and supporting documents required).

• Advise on the optimal e-sourcing technology solution for the specific event

• Strategize and advise on the best structure of e-sourcing events, identify the data requirements, design the event, run it operationally, and discuss the outcome scenarios with procurement/stakeholders so as to award the business.

• Maintain and monitor on-going e-sourcing events.

• Facilitate best practices and templates to support effective & efficient sourcing

• Train procurement/stakeholders on best practice on running Sourcing Platform(s) and provide coaching in relation to specific requests to ensure capability building within the procurement organization.

• Support teams with bid validation activities.

• Work closely with teams prior to and during e-sourcing events’ validation and analytics workshops, to support business award scenario generation and to identify sourcing opportunities.

• Global administration on multiple e-sourcing platforms.

• Support Global data collection (e.g., items, Suppliers, spends, volumes, supply requirements, plants, etc.).

• Global consolidation of data into prescribed formats.

• Preliminary validation of consolidated data.

• Frequent identification and escalation of data gaps prior to relevant timelines being reached.

• Close collaboration with teams in charge of the e-sourcing events and other teams.

• Support on additional activities that may arise and may be related to category specific support and insights, communication strategy support, content generation.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Academic background: University/bachelor degree qualification is essential. A recognized qualification in procurement or sourcing process would be considered an asset

• Specific expertise in running e-sourcing events in relevant procurement platforms (e.g. Keelvar, Coupa, Ariba, etc)

• Required years of related experience: 3 Years

• Languages: Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in project management and or running sourcing events on standard and advanced tendering techniques

• Good understanding on sourcing terminology and e sourcing methods

• High proficiency in working in excel

• ‘Can do’ attitude

• Demonstrated proficiency of Strategic Sourcing, Strategic Analysis, Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks, Operations Management and Agile Project Management

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
