What You Will Do:

Based in Prague, Czech Republic and reporting to the Senior Director Risk, Market Intelligence & ESG, this role is responsible for third party risk management methodologies, assessments, governance, training and reporting.

The TPRM Senior Manager will be primarily responsible for developing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for medium and high residual risks identified for Critical and Strategic Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor Third Party suppliers Risk related controls as per IRMC definitions and evaluate our Third Party Risk position against set risk objectives

  • Proactively work with procurement category managers and procurement COE to ensure alignment understanding and governance of Third Party Risk, providing advice and guidance to procurement and updates and papers for IRMC

  • Act as the point of contact for Third Party Risk Management related matters on behalf of Procurement within the organization

  • Third-Party Risk Management Process Oversight and maintenance

  • Leads the validation of TPRM risk assessments and develops risk mitigation strategies and plans with the designated Business Owners and Governance Stakeholders for critical and strategic supplier engagements

  • Regularly assesses the risk plans for effective working controls

  • Provides input into third-party risk management processes to ensure awareness and compliance with regulatory requirements for third-party risk management guidelines and best practices

  • Collaborates with the designated Business Owner to provide regular risk reporting. Provides trend analysis, compiles and validates materials for updates at various forums and committees, such as IRMC

  • Supplier Performance Monitoring and Governance

  • Leads the annual segmentation validation for critical suppliers with the Business Owners based on spend, risk and business criticality and validates all assessments have received signoff from Business Owner

  • Collaborates with Business Owner of critical suppliers ahead of the Supplier Business Reviews and produces related materials and content

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in a third-party risk management, including direct and indirect suppliers

  • Have recent TPRM experience in the financial services/fintech industry

  • Solid understanding of third-party risk or vendor management programs for a consumer goods organization

  • Demonstrated experience segmenting, analyzing, and reporting on third-party performance and risks

  • A good understanding of financial services and the regulatory environment it operates in

  • Awareness of the challenges and key risks for the business that come from working with Third Parties is desirable

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required for the role; advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint is advantageous

  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience

  • Strong proficiency in English is required , additional languages are a plus (Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese...etc)

  • Detail-oriented, and ability to collect, manipulate, understand, and analyse data

  • High level of self-motivation and initiative and ability to operate effectively as a team player

  • Have an ability to work effectively with internal and external partners

  • Have sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing, and executing skills

  • Hold a university degree, preferably in a business, risk management or compliance discipline

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in project management methodology and techniques, performance evaluation and change management is an asset

  • Experience with managing or leading a team or a program

  • Experience motivating and inspiring team members is an asset

  • Experience in vendor management or strategic sourcing role

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to constantly changing business environment, and drive projects to completion

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills as well as data collection and manipulation experience

  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings, training and presentations with team members and stakeholders

  • Experience developing dashboards and/or reports (PowerBI or Tableau), and PowerPoint presentations to gain insights and facilitate decision-making to key stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable delivery of key deliverables and escalation of issues

  • Experience developing processes, procedures, and manuals

  • Experience with Coupa, Icertis, other eProcurement software is an asset

  • Experience working with visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI

  • Experience with risk remediation plans and risk registers

  • Experience with supplier due diligence and risk monitoring
