JOB REQUIREMENTS: *This position is eligible for a \$1,000 sign-on bonus. The first half (\$500) is payable after successful completion of the orientation period and the second half (\$500) is payable after one year of employment.* Summary The Coremaker Trainee is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, counting and boxing cores. Must perform visual inspection of cores, reporting any irregularities to the supervisor, operators, setup person or coordinator. Coremaker Trainee will demonstrate productivity and attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following: Cleaning, inspecting, counting and boxing of cores as instructed. Visual inspection of cores, reporting any irregularities. Good hand/eye coordination. Good manual dexterity. Must be able to perform repeated bending and lifting. Maintain safety and cleanliness of work area in prescribed manner. Work is subject to final inspection.
