Maintenance Techs are needed at an expanding manufacturer in Benson! Direct Hire position w/ full benefits, position involves maintenance/troubleshooting/repair of manufacturing machinery, 4+ years industrial maintenance w/ stable work history needed, great long term opportunity.

Pay - $27-34 to start based on exp

Available Shifts - 7a-7p or 7p-7a 3-2-2-3

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and troubleshooting on manufacturing machines.

• The Maintenance Technician will attend schedule meetings, safety meetings, asset meetings, safety reviews for their work area.

• Will be responsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork including but not limited to work orders, KPI's, incident reports and the distribution technical data.

• Will coordinate and assist other technicians with trouble-shooting activities. Will refer to the Reliability Engineer for root-cause solutions to recurring problems. They will follow the resource allocation procedure when problems are occurring.

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
