Your key responsibilities

  • Drive creative, cross-category initiatives to deliver innovative experiences and solutions to leverage for Regional Consumer Brands clients in NAM.

  • Lead development of strategic programs that unlock new business opportunities for regional client base based on thorough understanding of marketplace, consumer and dsm-firmenich innovation and capabilities.

  • Analyze external data sources - Retail sales data, cross-cultural global trends and insights to uncover new opportunity areas with high impact fragrance propositions.

  • Directly lead a team of marketers with activities which will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing team timeline and deliverables to accounts and clients

  • Conceptualize fragrance and brand recommendations and product concepts

  • Generating insight driven, client/brand relevant trends and proposals

  • Spearheading creativity sessions to drive fragrance innovation

  • Deliver high impact, inspiring and influential client presentations and pitches to C-suite (internal & external customers).

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and client partners local and global.

    You bring

  • 10+ years of industry related experience in beauty or fragrance marketing.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related is required.

  • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives

  • Superior creative writing abilities

  • Experience leading a team of marketers and creative staff
