Job Summary:
We are seeking approximately 7-8 months of temporary support for PRC coordination to cover a leave of absence. If you have supported Promotional Review Committees and are open to contract work, then we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly PRC Meeting Facilitation
· Schedule weekly meetings and manage invites.
· Facilitate live PRC meetings to review materials.
· Share updates with team and address any issues.
· Present Review Materials and annotate discussion points during live meeting in the Veeva PromoMats system to accurately capture next steps.
· Send follow-up meeting minutes/recaps, if applicable
Weekly PRC Meeting Agenda
· Weekly call for agenda items via email
· Checking PromoMats for any jobs tasked as “Bring to Meeting.”
· Update meeting invite with final agenda
Weekly PRC Prioritization Call
· Weekly meeting to discuss Submission Tracker with project owners.
· Discuss any urgent or expedited needs.
· Discuss upcoming events where PRC approval is needed (ex. POA)
Weekly PRC Communications
· Submission Trackers to agencies
Veeva PromoMats Tasks
· Complete Veeva PromoMats Tasks daily: Coordinator Review, Resubmissions, Approvals, etc. This in includes QCing material, checking changes were made, and routing to the appropriate workflow.
· Completing Health Authority submission tasks
2253 Binder Creation
· Fill out & sign off on 2253 Form for both HCP & Consumer materials.
PromoMats BPO/IT Meeting
· Discuss PromoMats technical issues and outstanding IT tickets.
· Discuss system enhancements/features/rollouts.
· Review and manage PromoMats licenses and future requests
Ad hoc PRC/PromoMats Support & Requests
· Reassigning projects and tasks or updating metadata.
· Ad hoc reports for project owners
PRC Onboarding
· Manage the request for LMS training & Veeva PromoMats account & license.
· Set up a meet & greet to go over PRC process, Ways of working, Personnel, etc.
Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting Promotional Review Committees
Experience with Veeva PromoMats
Bachelors degree or higher
Estimated compensation $80-90/hr DOE
