Click Boarding LLC in Prior Lake, MN seeks a full-time QA Engineer (fully remote position) to serve a critical role in our client s SDLC process and ensure that software is delivered on time and without defects, perform manual testing of new features and work with engineering to integrate new tests into existing automated test framework. Duties include executing test cases (manual/automated), documenting test results and raising defects when responsible for end-to-end tracking of all issues found; exercising manual functional and regression testing on per-sprint basis; work with engineering to correct and automate failed tests; providing metrics around quality (i.e., defects per sprint, escapes per sprint) and accountable to constant improvement; identifying and isolating bugs during development cycle; reviewing UI and REST APIs; understanding business objectives and how they impact functional needs; and developing automated test cases. Position requires a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent progressive experience and 2 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer or in a related occupation to include 2 years of experience with configuring automated testing; manual software testing; working in Agile/Scrum engineering setting implementing modern engineering practices; utilizing REST APIs; and interpreting testing dependencies and requirements based on complex system processes.
