Summary
The Billing Coordinator III is responsible for billing accident charges for Ryder FMS customers. The candidate must be familiar with the organization's billing systems, prepares and maintains audit documents for accuracy both operationally and contractually, and must make recommendations to modify or develop new procedures to meet specialized needs of customers. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to interface with operating locations, internal functional departments and customers.
Essential Functions
Research and auditing accident in assigned districts
Understand and research variances and exceptions
Communicate with field operations either via email or phone
Work with Rental Locations/Managers in order to provide accurate billing
Research any discrepancies or previous billings to ensure accuracy
End of month close may consist of working accruals, submitting Journal Entry template for processing, researching district variances.
Other duties as assigned

Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet tight timelines
Computer literate with general knowledge of software to include Microsoft Office Suite required
Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc.
The hourly pay for this role ranges $17.83-$23.63 an hour
