Meeting Street is currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist for 40 hours per week.
Duties:
- Provides formal and informal evaluation of functional capabilities of clients on assigned caseload Reviews results with clients and their families, as well as classroom staff, when indicated.
- Develops and implements individual and ongoing treatment programs addressing specific goals with measurable outcomes and documented in the IEP.
- Maintains written documentation of all evaluations, Individual Education Plan goals, treatment plans, progress notes and communication with doctors and families in accordance with agency formats, in a professional, compliant, and timely manner.
- Participates actively, cooperatively, and constructively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provides instruction and guidance to ensure that the client's IEP goals are integrated into a comprehensive educational program.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree from an ASHA approved program.
- Certified as a Speech Language Pathologist from Rhode Island Department of Education, or the ability to obtain.
- Licensed as a speech language pathologist from the Rhode Island Department of Health.
- Valid CPR and First Aid training.
