$50,000 base + Uncapped Commissions

As a Sales Representative, you’ll conduct outbound calls and engage directly with these small business owners, transforming leads into loyal customers. Your mission is to protect and educate, highlighting the value of our comprehensive coverage. Success is measured by your ability to exceed monthly sales goals, maintain high daily metrics, and handle rejection with resilience—all within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You're Responsibilities as Sales Representative:

  • Client Management: Own and manage a diverse pipeline of small business clients, from dentists to restaurateurs.

  • Sales Expertise: Conduct high-volume sales calls to consult, educate, and sell our insurance programs.

  • Product Mastery: Become an expert in Workers' Compensation, handle customer objections with confidence, and shake off rejection with ease.

  • Goal Achievement: Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For in a Sales Representative:

  • Sales Expertise: At least 1 year of experience with cold calling, and the ability to conduct high-volume sales calls.

  • Organization and Drive: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

  • Goal Achievement: Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in short sales cycles.
