For our Service Centre team in Poland (Pruszcz Gdanski) we are currently looking for a Service Administration Agent who will play a crucial role handling service and repairs orders from our clients as well as maintaining a positive image of Luminator as a business partner. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, problem solving as well as fluent knowledge of German, Polish and English.
Responsibilities
Handling service requests and repair orders from our local and international clients
Closely collaborating with relevant teams engaged in the process
Maintaining efficient and professional communication with Luminator clients
Creation and update of our internal Ticketing System
Taking an active part in client meetings
Providing all the necessary information about estimated cost and dates of repair completion
Profile
Min. 2 years of professional experience in customer-focused role
Fluent knowledge of German, advanced Polish and English
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience in working with ERP system
Great sense of a team-work and ability to work individually
Problem-solving skills
