ADDIUM, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Technician to maintain cleanliness and overall tidiness of the premises seamlessly, as well as integrates minor facility repairs.

This entails performing a range of duties such as:

• Routine cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and workspaces
• Emptying trash receptacles and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
• Additionally, the role involves inspecting and addressing any cleanliness-related issues promptly, such as spills or messes, to uphold a hygienic and inviting environment.

Integrating these custodial responsibilities into the broader scope of building maintenance, this position ensures that the facility not only functions smoothly but also maintains a professional and welcoming appearance for all occupants.* This is a full-time position in Pullman, WA (not remote).*

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance/ custodial work or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Drivers license
• Self motivated individual
• Basic repair knowledge and skill

Core Responsibilities

• Managing custodial and landscape tasks
• Assisting with basic/minor maintenance tasks, for the tenants at 1300 NE Henley Ct. Bldg.
• Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Clean carpets, windows, appliances, and any other surfaces
• Repair or replace old faulty parts
• Replaces burned out light bulbs
• Makes minor repairs or replacements, as necessary and with approval from supervisor
• Is on call for emergency duties when assigned
• Knows emergency telephone number (e.g., police, fire department
• Assists in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Reports all needed repairs to your direct supervisor
