Position Details:
The Opportunity:
Under general supervision, you will perform a variety of functions for the Office of Commercialization (OC) in the areas of fiscal, record keeping, budgeting, purchasing, and data entry. You will also apply principles of established procedures with primary responsibilities to include maintaining and modifying fiscal records and Intellectual Property (IP) databases; invoicing clients for income and reimbursements; receiving, reviewing, and recording all incoming payments; maintaining and purchasing all office supplies; reconciling monthly purchasing cards and travel card; preparing specialized financial reports; and other clerical duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• High school graduation or equivalent; one year of general clerical or fiscal experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets.
• Experience working with databases.
• Demonstrated computer skills, including the ability to use office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and/or web browsers
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with researching and interpreting policies and procedures.
• Experience with WSU Administrative systems.

Monthly Salary: $3,028 - $3,999 | Range 34 (Step A - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with https://app.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=357-28.
