Eaton Corporation Analyst- Executive Talent Aquisition in Pune, India

What you’ll do:

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop innovative strategies to source the best candidates.

"• Strategic Sourcing: Devise and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract executive-level candidates. Utilize job boards, resume databases, and professional networks to identify potential talent.

• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including evaluating qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Process Management and Coordination: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and expectations. Provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.

• Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that our talent pool reflects diversity and inclusivity. Advocate for equitable hiring practices.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.

• Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve processes."

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years experiences in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.

Skills:

"• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously."
