Eaton Corporation Lead Analyst - Executive Talent Acquisition in Pune, India

What you’ll do:

Reporting to AP Executive Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will be responsible for the sourcing, attracting and acquiring of exceptional & diverse executive level talents across Eaton Corporation in Asia Pacific region. He/She will focus on working with internal executive level clients and human resource managers to define executive hiring needs as well as develop and implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires throughout the corporation.

" Work with executive level hiring managers and HR leaders to define hiring needs as well as develop and implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires.

 Drive candidate search activities; determine sourcing methodology & tools; selection and management of search firm (when applicable), ensuring search focus is maintained.

 Manage end-to-end recruiting process, including kickoff, posting, sourcing & pre-screen candidates, report, structure interviews and offer.

 Serve as a consultant and business partner, providing communication on recruitment activity, information on market trends, advising best hiring practices and insights on key metrics.

 Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.

 Build an executive talent pool for current and projected high priority openings."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and above.

Total at least 8 years of working experience, within at least 5 years of solid experience in senior level recruiting within an MNC, or a search firm serving MNCs.

Skills:

" Experience in conducting searches using a variety of channels including direct sourcing, social networking, internet tools, search firms and other creative search approach, as well as all Microsoft Office Applications.

 Self-motivated and result oriented. Proactive problem solver and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

 The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required.

 Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
