We are looking for an SAP PLM Service Operations

You’ll make a difference by:

The ALM group is responsible to provide professional application services to our users of Siemens Mobility worldwide. We support our business units by hosting and handling different applications for the software builds for several Mobility products and projects.

Continuous monitoring of processes, target-oriented and fast intervention and a high awareness of all current issues are key elements of successful operation and high user happiness.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • You will be responsible for Maintenance of the SAP PLM service in the SAP PLM environment.

  • You will be responsible for Supporting the BU units regarding the existing SAP PLM solution.

  • You will be responsible for the standard functions - e.g. material, bill of materials, SAP PLM-specific function - e.g. customer output.

  • You will be responsible for customer-specific requirement specifications including support for the implementation of the solution must be built. Addition responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for Debugging SAP code, Authorization SAP roles (Access-rights to SAP) complement the task.

  • You will be responsible for Resolving incidents, further developing SAP solutions through change requests, and performing service packs / updates.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science / information technology or an equivalent additional skill.

  • 5+ of relevant IT Service Operations Experience.

  • Confirmed extensive knowledge and experience in software architecture and SAP PLM

  • Very good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and effective communication skills

  • Good teammate, being compatible with co-workers and working efficiently in a team environment.

  • You are willing to travel several weeks to Europe.

  • If you also have fluent knowledge of Business English (Level C1), are highly dedicated and able to think in a customer focused way, then you are qualified to join us in our team!
