Title: Senior LCNC and SharePoint Developers(advance tech) Digital Practice team – RNet Pune
Stantec’s Digital Practice Team in India is a fast-growing team. For the last two decades, this IT team is providing a variety of software automation, customization, business continuity solutions, and services for our global clients. The Digital Practice experts conduct research and development to keep our global teams and projects ahead of the technological curve. We work on emerging technology solutions for a variety of business sectors. Our goal is to be an accelerator of growth for Stantec and add value to our clients and communities with niche and advance technology solutions.
The Digital Practice Team in India works with several regions US, UK, CANADA, and ANZ, to name a few, and builds Digital Solutions and I.P. The team supports our multi-disciplinary engineering Design Deliverables with Engineering Software customization and automation services. , you will work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and develop applications used directly by our clients. This team has developed a series of productivity tools and migrating those to newer emerging technologies.
The Digital Practice team works closely with our Design Delivery Leaders, Business Leaders, and clients to develop solutions to provide high quality & on-time deliverables. You will also have an opportunity to have many careers in one Firm.

Your Key Responsibilities
Create and customize web applications and solutions using the LCNC (Low-Code/No-Code) platform and SharePoint technologies.
Designing, developing, and deploying web applications and solutions using LCNC tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
Integrating web applications and solutions with SharePoint sites and features, such as lists, libraries, web parts, workflows, etc.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to web development and performance
Documenting and maintaining best practices and standards for web development
Mentoring junior developers and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in the LCNC and Power Platform space and identify opportunities for innovation.
Experience with Power Pages will be a plus.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their LCNC skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven 5+ experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in creating user-friendly and visually appealing Power Apps applications.
Experience with workflow automation and integration using Power Automate.
Familiarity with data visualization and report development using Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in Power Platform solutions.
Experience with Azure services and cloud technologies is a plus.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.
Willing to work in flexible hours to co-ordinate with our regional counterparts mainly from CANADA, US, UK, ANZ
