Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. Survey Field Helper in Purcellville, Virginia
MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. (MRA) is currently seeking a Survey Field Helper for our Purcellville, VA office. This position works with the Survey Crew Chief and/or other field crew staff to accurately and efficiently gather data for boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
Responsibilities:
Use equipment such as tapes, chains, sight rods, surveying and GPS instrumentation in conducting surveys
Creates field sketches to record engineering data
Operates truck, maintains survey equipment and tools
Successful candidates MUST have:
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
HS Diploma/GED
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
Basic mathematical abilities
Willingness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
