Job DescriptionOverviewCorporate Communications is building its Data & Analytics capability to become a data & insights driven function. This will involve developing a robust monitoring setup, as well an insights creations muscle and performance measurement processes and reports for the company's brands at a Global and North America scope.ResponsibilitiesThe Brand Comms Lead will work with all senior stakeholders in Brand Comms to drive implementation and adoption of phase 1 (setup) of the Comms Insights transformation journey. The lead would be the SME and trusted advisor to North America brand comms (PBNA and PFNA) and for Global Comms (Global Foods Group and International Beverages).Drive insights for North America Brand Comms & Global Brand comms business* Serve the NA brand communications agenda and drive operational excellence in distilling key insights to the business* Work closely with the Corporate & NA Communications Insights leadership team to identify and build synergies between backend data build and business requirements* Managing and influencing senior stakeholders across the business* Collaborate on RepTrak Corporate Reputation workstream led by Corporate & NA Comms Insights lead and, together with International Insights lead, * * in the Comms D&A capability.Act as Insights counsel for the different business units* Brief the agency for NA Brand comms requests within the specified contract* Build insight reports for GFG and IB briefs by working directly with the business partners and connecting with the agency to ensure the right data is available at the backend* Disseminate Corporate Reputation insights to key business partners* Proactively uncover insights that unearth new market opportunities or help to mitigate riskDrive execution excellence for NA brand comms & Global brand comms* Delivery of market, portfolio, and brand level analysis (utilizing agency delivered dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)and leverage * business intel to incorporate considerations beyond data into insights * Develop robust explanations of business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities which lead to insights-led decision making * Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data* Champion the D&A function via sharing of best practices across Comms and internally within D&APerformance measurement* Lead the development of a measurement framework holistically and bring the Brand Comms lens into the equation to find ways to track and measure * the way communication has a positive impact on the brands’ objectives.* Become the performance measurement referent for Corporate and NA Communications.* Roll out and implement the measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of the brand communications executed.Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management* Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing trade-offs and resolving conflict.
