Situated on the southern edge of the Lehigh Valley and easily accessible from northern Philadelphia suburbs and the surrounding areas, the Quakertown facility is our North American hub for the design and manufacturing of leading dental imaging devices and software.  The facility has a growing, energetic, and diverse mix of professionals spanning engineering, operations, regulatory and quality backgrounds that work collaboratively in the fast-paced medical device field.  A friendly and open atmosphere helps to foster strong personal and professional relationships across the organization.  

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation is accountable for creating and executing the marketing demand generation strategy for key products and services associated with this $200M+ portfolio of products comprised of 3D Imaging, Digital Sensors, Intraoral Scanning, and Software. This role works within a remote team across the US and office space is available if located in Quakertown, PA or Brea, CA.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating and implementing marketing lead generation strategies and programs that align with the company’s overall business objectives, including email, webinars, paid social media, and paid search.

  • Defining and segmenting customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including content creation, landing pages, email editorial calendar and monthly newsletter.

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.

  • Using data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.

  • Evaluating and maintaining marketing databases and software to ensure usability.

  • Developing and executing A/B testing and lead nurture flow strategies and optimizing campaigns and programs.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required.

  • 3+ years of related experience in demand generation or marketing role.

  • Strong analytical skills used to drive decision-making and report effectiveness.

  • Proven ability to work independently to drive initiatives, communicate in a proactive and timely manner, and raise concerns when issues arise.

  • Strong attention to detail in communications and operational execution.

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively work within the team.

  • Travel: Up to 10% overnight travel; to customers, tradeshows, dealer meetings, and other business-related travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Dental/medical device industry experience highly preferred.

  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and effective time management skills.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
