WTW Account Manager, Corporate Risk & Broking (CP&I) in Quan Hoan Kiem, Vietnam
The Role
Proactively indentify and build up the list of suspects, prospects to develop new business and cross sale in the assigned industries from real estate to infrastructure and power
Indentify client’s insurance need and requirements by understanding clients’ business and advising on key risk and insurance issue.
Consult with and advises clients, in coordination with the broking team, to identify risk exposures, client’s risk appetite, and risk management priorities for the purpose of designing appropriate insurance programs
Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed
Communicate effectively with client decision makers and other team members
Gather information from clients for marketing purposes
Review quotes, proposals, contract insurance requirements, rating worksheets and audits for accuracy, compliance or other insurance objectives
Manage all contractual documents, policy and delivery process
Collaborate with relevant parties, WTW brokers/experts on coverage, program structure, risk surveys, loss analyses, seminars/workshops/training for clients
Assist in resolving client, carrier and/or vendor issues.
Support office cross selling efforts and other company growth initiatives.
Coordinate team for proposals and RFP presentations to clients and prospects.
The position will primarily work with our Real estate, Infrastructure and Power Clients
Other tasks assigned by Line Managers and the Company
The Requirements
University degree in insurance, business, engineering or related field
Microsoft Office literacy
At least 03 years experience in sales and/or client management upper middle market and to large accounts
Knowledge of principles and processes of consultative selling & business management
Knowledge of insurance, risk management, construction or project development field is a plus
High integrity
Well client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong time management & organization skills
Good interpersonal skills, including relationship-building skills with clients and co-workers
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Willing to work under high pressure
Excellent in English and Vietnamese communication
