U.S. Marine Corps SUPERVISORY COMMAND SAPR (SAR WF) in Quantico, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY COMMAND SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE (SAR WF) in the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group (MCESG) HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will perform administrative and technical supervisory duties to include work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave; provide guidance, information and training on performance and administrative matters. You will plan, organize, coordinate and manage the SAPR Program; support program to ensure continuity of services and collaboration of stakeholders. You will provide guidance on program implementation; monitor and evaluate compliance with SAPR Program policy and assist in the development, implementation and oversight of command program guidance. You will maintain and implement SAPR budget; formulate, administer and monitor operating and capital budget. You will perform analysis, compile usage data, develop reports, prepare info papers, provide briefs and consolidate response for command. You will conducts assessments of SAPR Program; monitor the development and maintenance of Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database and assessment of victims' needs Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementing of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program; overseeing and coordinating a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program; and monitoring compliance with policies impacting the SAPR program. Education Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess: Successfully completed a behavioral or social science degree, or a degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position being filled OR Have a combination of education and experience that provided knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field OR Completed four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
