The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Gastroenterologist for its brand new ambulatory pavilion in Astoria, Queens!

Phenomenal opportunity to serve as Gastroenterologist for Mount Sinai in our Mount Sinai Queens Hospital and Ambulatory Pavilion in Astoria, Queens, one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in New York City. The Ambulatory Pavilion, a gleaming, six-story facility features the full range of primary and specialty services under one roof, with 50 physicians already onboard, including: Cardiology, Urology, Endocrine, Pediatrics, GYN, and Oncology, as well as a range of advanced imaging and procedural capabilities. The Queens Ambulatory Pavilion serves as the flagship outpatient facility for Mount Sinai in Queens. The Mount Sinai Queens Hospital, a 160 bed community hospital attached to the Ambulatory Pavilion, provides acute care services to the Queens and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to partner with world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine. Bringing together skilled physicians and the expertise of one of the world’s leading academic medical centers, the Queens Ambulatory Pavilion combines high level training and advanced resources with a personalized range of care under one roof, from primary care and women’s health services (OB/GYN) to cardiology, endocrinology and more.

• Provide medical care in high-functioning outpatient setting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University

• New York Medical License

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology

• Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve

• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills

• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

Compensation range from 400K to 500K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need.
