Role Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations, evaluations, servicing inquiries received over the phones, e-mail or working directly with money transfers utilizing back-office applications and verifying customer identification documents.

• Responsible for providing support on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance program, particularly for GSI (Global Sanctions and Interdictions) and/or other internal programs while working with stopped payments.

• Resolve customer inquiries and promote Western Union services.

Role Requirements

• College degree is a plus.

• Strong English language skills are mandatory.

• Strong verbal, written and listening skills.

• Analytical, reactive, and attentive to detail.

• Ability to multi-task and to work independently.

• Amenable to shifting schedules.

• Willing to undergo 4-6 weeks training period.
