IBM OTC Delivery Manager in Quezon City, Philippines

Your Role and Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the creation and development of Order to Cash tower specific:

  2. value proposition

  3. business cases

  4. industry specific offerings

  5. strategic direction and initiatives

  6. design business outcome models

  7. contracting structures

  8. identify new opportunities and business lines

  • Support sales team in creating compelling business case for prospect clients to offshore business

  • Manage multiple client engagements / contracts across the life cycle of the deal (Knowledge Transfer, Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting etc.)

  • Design OTC Solutions for prospective clients and Benchmarking their processes

  • Lead and manage 'Solutions for impact'- lead due diligence workshops to identify and plug gaps in proposed solutions

  • Work closely with Process Delivery leaders in identifying improvement opportunities

  • Lead efforts on continuous process improvements and carry out process maturity assessments

  • Manage relationships with customers at the management levels

  • Drive customer satisfaction and quality by the use of improvements to business processes / procedures

  • Responsible for handling information enquiries about process from customers / IBM personnel and business partners

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Relevant experience in end to end OTC process; has in-depth process knowledge in managing New Customer Setups (Master Data Management), Order Management, Billing, Cash application, Collections and Dispute Management processes

  • Has knowledge in process design for an OTC platform

  • Has knowledge in AI, Machine Learning and Cognitive Solutions for OTC

  • Demonstrate systems thinking

  • Ability to communicate for impact

  • Know how to influence different stakeholders

  • Ability to interact and manage multiple customers and cross functional teams

  • Manifest strategic thinking (Larger picture)

  • Analytical and good numerical ability - data driven

  • Must be amenable to work onsite (UP Ayala Technohub/Eastwood City)

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

▪ Preferably at least 10 years of experience in Order to Cash

▪ Experience in designing and implementing CI or transformation projects in OTC

▪ Adept in systems (SAP, Getpaid/ARCollect)
