SERVICE LEVEL AND PRODUCTIVITY
Provide professional and efficient customer service as guided by the defined process and procedure, using tools and systems, within the assigned function or scope of work as follows:
Pricing and Availability
Purchase Order Entry
Order / Shipment Status
Product Lead Times
Call Back / Follow Up Call
Cross Reference
General Product Information
Provide professional and accurate solutions for customer concerns through implementing the following:
Expedite Orders
Invoice Corrections
Return Goods Authorization / Direction
Credit and Debit
Special Build and Drop Off Orders
Tracking, correction, and processing of missing, misread or incomplete purchase orders
Customer complaints including, but not limited to, missed shipments and incorrect drop-offs and requests for credit
Daily Regimen – Managing Orders Entered Yesterday, Past Due orders, and detection of possible pull-in/line down
Tool and system update of customer contact information
- Manage efficient usage of production time and company resources through the following:
Accuracy in Interaction Handling
Maintaining productivity within acceptable transaction volume levels
Tracking of all White-Rodgers hold orders
Updating tracking sheets (Shipment Issue Tracker, Johnstone RD Tracking Log)
Portal Management
Attends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the team
Work within defined Manila Copeland operational and employee goals by contributing to other projects, if needed.
Take Care of Retail accounts in terms of orders coming in through EDI or Customer Websites as well as accounts that sends their Orders Manually.
Make sure that inventory of items on the retail account websites are accurate/up to date.
Take care of all return and scrap requests from retail and utility customers. Process all retail/utility related deductions.
make sure to use all channels/portals to communicate back to customers and merchants if/when necessary
