A permanent employment opportunity, this Paralegal role will be located in the Quincy, Massachusetts area. Exercising focus, good computer skills, and organizational qualities, will be essential for you in this position.

Key responsibilities

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

• Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

• Support attorney through all stages of project work

• Data base management of all relevant documents Requirements - Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information

• Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• E-discovery experience

• Well-founded grasp of e-Filing

• Discovery experience preferred

• Family law experience

• Proven knowledge of Memorandum

• Criminal law experience

• Deep understanding of Civil Litigation

• Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
