This 24-month journey is designed for you to spend six months in each of four distinct functional areas: Accounts Payable, Credit, Corporate Accounting, and Audit. Afterward, you\'ll transition to a department aligned with your passions and our business needs. Throughout each rotation, you\'ll be engaged in projects that unravel the intricacies of each functional domain and their contributions to Modine\'s success. Your involvement will encompass tasks such as data analysis, untangling process bottlenecks, and integrating fresh initiatives into our operational, regulatory, and technical frameworks. The RDP role blends broad-scale project oversight with deep-dive exploration of intricate workflows. The objective is to foster a holistic comprehension of Modine\'s operations. As time progresses, your responsibilities will evolve from constituent parts of larger initiatives to enhancing processes tailored to specific groups.
