Position Description We need a hands-on integration leader to help build our integration team and discipline in our corporate information technology function. Key Responsibilities Integration Strategy Development: Design and Architect Integration Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect integration solutions that seamlessly connect various systems, applications, and data sources. Define Integration Patterns: Develop and document a playbook of integration patterns, including point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, publish-and-subscribe, and event-driven architectures. Team Leadership and Management: Build and Lead a Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team (2-3) of Boomi integration analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Hands-On Technical Leadership: As a hands-on manager, actively participate in integration development and troubleshooting. Performance Management: Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Project Execution and Delivery: Project Planning and Execution: Create project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines. Ensure successful delivery of integration projects. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to integration projects. Address any roadblocks promptly. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. Technical Expertise: Boomi Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Boomi integration platform. Proficiency in designing and implementing Boomi processes, connectors, and APIs.
