Responsibilities Duties: The Cloud Solutions Architect at CNH Industrial America LLC in Racine, WI will design and plan information technology architecture and the overall direction for the organization\'s technical infrastructure. The duties include coding, configuring, managing, monitoring, and facilitating cloud architecture and work performed by engineers. Troubleshooting and facilitating work by software engineers and participating in all products and projects that require the Cloud. Considering computer equipment capacity and limitations including operating time and form of desired results. Defining systems scope, objectives and functionality based on user input and an understanding of business processes and industry requirements. Designing and modifying information systems through the process of business analysis. Identifying user needs, documenting requirements, and translating needs into proper system requirement specifications. Ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed committed service levels agreements and customer expectation. Maintaining the link between the IT function and the business areas.
