What You Will Do: The Customer Service Representative to will provide first-class service to our customers by ensuring that their requirements and needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Receiving phone calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about API products including placing a new order, following up on an existing order, product specific questions, and/or tracking a shipment. Collaborating with other the sales, shipping, and operations teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer\'s expectations. Order-entry into API\'s ERP system (PLEX) Responsible for entering/update leveled EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) schedules. Obtain freight quotes and select an appropriate carrier. Responsible for working with freight forwarders on international shipments. Perform quotes, re-quotes, and pricing to customers, as well as managing the Master Price File Customer invoicing, posting and back flushing of orders. Review customers purchase order and verify the accuracy and terms of sales orders. What You Bring: Associate\'s degree preferred plus at least three years of customer service experience with a manufacturing firm.
