Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Director of Operations to lead our manufacturing operations. The Director of Operations develops strategies for international operations, implementing best practices for optimal company performance, monitoring the progress of global activities, and scoping out new business opportunities for the company. This role also delegates tasks to subordinate managers and serves as the main decision-maker when it comes to international company matters. The primary focus will be North America and secondary focus will be global operations. This role oversees the manufacturing operations in North America and will be involved in international operations. Their responsibilities revolve around coordinating with analysts to identify the best practices for optimal performance and services, setting goals and objectives, monitoring sales progress, devising strategies, and identifying customer needs. Furthermore, as a Director of Operations, it is essential to lead and encourage the workforce to reach goals and new milestones, all while implementing the company\'s policies and regulations. Director of Operations Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, international business, or similar degree. 10+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise\'s operations. Proven ability to manage budgets in a similar role. Proficient operational and financial acumen. Strong ethical leadership abilities and behaviors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of program / project management fundamentals. Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts following Toyota Production System (TPS). Experience managing forecasts and the SIOP process. Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to travel globally. Main Responsibilities: Build a culture of continuous improvement achieving Operational Excellence to build best in-class service to the customer.
