Responsibilities Install, maintain, move, repair and service equipment and machinery throughout the Foundry, Manufacturing division, and Depot, and some in the Power Plant. Plan and layout details of equipment or project in accordance with general plan of construction and installation prepared by plant engineering, immediate supervision, and manufacturer of equipment. Set up and separate bench or stand grinder, radial and bench drill presses, hydraulic, bolt threader, racks, bins, conveyor, etc. Re-assemble parts and units, attach and fasten parts and units to equipment, machine frame or member, and completely re-assemble unit. Install, check, anchor and test completed project, new machine, or a complete systems or unit. Perform other related or similar duties as required.
