Position Description As a Network Engineer II, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco networking solutions to support the PT organization\'s business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a robust and secure network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Network Design: Design, plan, and implement Cisco-based network solutions to meet business requirements Develop and maintain network architecture documentation Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, Wireless Controller, and other networking devices Implement and manage network protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, and other network security features Network Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance Conduct regular network assessments to ensure scalability and reliability Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the network infrastructure Implement and enforce network access control policies Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests Collaborate with internal and external support teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues Provide on-call support as needed Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to understand business requirements Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation Create and update standard operating procedures for...
