Responsibilities As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with others to manage customer programs relating to product introductions and ongoing service. Responsible for ensuring reliable communication and interaction between internal teams and external customers. Monitor and serve as a liaison for operations related to assigned program to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, goals and quality are being met, and service and project goals are being accomplished effectively. Manage and make decisions for all aspects of program or account, within guidelines. Initiate corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the program or account. Develop systems to provide for proper evaluation, control, and documentation of assigned activities. Assist in the development and monitor the programs or account\'s budget and results. Assist with contract review and meeting the requirements. Analyze strategies for cost effectiveness. Contribute to the sales forecasting function. Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources. Assist with coordinating product testing and product certification.
