The Senior Manufacturing Quality Manager - North America is accountable for Manufactured Quality and Logistics Quality (upstream/supplier and downstream) of North America-produced Ag Segment product lines, as well for Manufacturing and Logistics Quality of import products in collaboration with global Quality colleagues. Entire Ag Segment product portfolio within scope of responsibility. This position reports to Senior Director of Ag Quality, and supports VP, NA Ag Manufacturing and Manufacturing Site Leadership with staff communication, training, resource and process support, and objective setting and reporting relative to Quality. As well, has tactical responsibility to support Leadership across Quality, Manufacturing and Customer Support strategy deployment process (SDP) facilitation and implementation. Qualified candidates will have experience in Quality Process & Methods, AIAG Control Plan and Quality Management Systems (or equivalent) and practical experience in LEAN deployment and execution. This is a hybrid position and can be located in one the following preferred locations: Racine, WI, Fargo, ND, Minneapolis, MN, or Sioux Falls, SD.
